Post and packaging
When you select your Shipping Region you will be shown the different delivery options and costs available to you in that region. We currently offer the following options (please see the Shipping Region page for prices):
- UK Express Shipping (3-5 days) – UK customers only
- Express Shipping (next day) – UK customers only
- Airmail (3-5 days) – E.U. customers only
- Airmail (5-7 days) – customers outside E.U.
- FREE Standard Shipping, UPS Ground (3-5 days) – Continental USA customers only
- Express Shipping, UPS – USA customers only
- Overnight Shipping, UPS Next Day Air (overnight) – Continental USA customers only
- UPS International Express Canada – Canada customers only
When you submit your order you can change the Shipping Method to any of the ones available to you in your region. Use the drop-down menu to select your preferred method. The cost will change automatically in your order.
At any time whilst you browse the website you can click on Shipping Region at the very top of the screen to remind yourself of the shipping costs.
Returns policy
Books sold online are sold on a firm sale basis and are not returnable. Any imperfect copies (those with production faults) will be accepted without time limit, and postage/carriage costs will be met by the Publisher.
Books returned to Taylor & Francis without prior agreement will not be credited, will not be acknowledged and will be destroyed. Taylor & Francis accepts no liability for financial losses incurred by customers who have submitted unauthorised returns.
