How do I know my credit card number is secure on your site?

Access to this site is made secure by the use of a digitally signed secure certificate and SSL encryption. You can check that our certificate is valid by clicking on the Network Solutions logo, featured at the bottom of the Shopping Cart and Checkout pages.

When you submit your order you will also be able to see a padlock in the bottom taskbar of your Internet browser.

I am an author, how do I claim my author discount?

If you have not already been given an author discount code, then please email authordiscounts@taylorandfrancis.com. Author discounts can be used at the Checkout stage of your order. Choose the titles you wish to purchase and then click on Proceed to Checkout. In the Checkout, you can enter the author discount code in the Promotion Code box and then click on Apply Discount. The discount is automatically calculated and deducted from your order. Alternatively download our Author discount form here and send it back to us.

I have a conference discount form, can I claim the discount while ordering online?

Not at present. Please use your conference discount form.
