Law, Courts and Politics invites empirically driven manuscripts in the broad field of judicial politics and public law that are theoretically sound and methodologically rigorous written by scholars in law political science, sociology, psychology and other social science disciplines.  It entails the most up to date and demanding scholarship and seeks an audience of academics and upper division undergraduate and graduate courses in law, political science and sociology.
